The farmhouse is a testament to medieval farming here on the Costa Brava. We will show you what is involved in harvesteng and extracting the oilive oil
In the shop on the estate you can buy our artisinal products. At farmshop prices you can but our olive oils, our unique olive oil soap or other gifts.
We are open to the public all year round, and you can take a leisurely stroll amongst the olive trees, in the Les Gavarras Nature Reserve. You can experience the grove up close and personal, follow the process of turning the olives into olive oil. A grand day out for all ages.

Can Solivera 100% Arbequina extra virgin olive oil comes directly from the source - the arid plateau called Les Garrigues near the villages of Les Borges Blanques and Arbeca in the Catalonian province of Lérida (Lleida) where the Arbequina olive variety was first discovered late last century.
Our Arbequina & Empeltre extra virgin olive juice is obtained through a first cold mechanical extraction by means of a modern centrifuge to retain as much as possible of the original scent and taste. A second centrifuge helps to separate the oil from the juice (alpechín), making use of the difference in specific gravity.
Our Wild Organic extra virgin Olive Oil comes from the point where Spain’s largest river, the Ebro, flows into Catalonia from Aragón. Here on these arid slopes some 600 metres high, near the village of Riba Roja d’Ebre, grow numerous stubby Arbequina olive trees, small and contorted and often very old.
