Our Wild Organic extra virgin Olive Oil comes from the point where Spain’s largest river, the Ebro, flows into Catalonia from Aragón. Here on these arid slopes some 600 metres high, near the village of Riba Roja d’Ebre, grow numerous stubby Arbequina olive trees, small and contorted and often very old.

Our Arbequina & Empeltre extra virgin olive juice is obtained through a first cold mechanical extraction by means of a modern centrifuge to retain as much as possible of the original scent and taste. A second centrifuge helps to separate the oil from the juice (alpechín), making use of the difference in specific gravity.
Please note; these pouring spouts are only suitable for our OLD 50cl bottles, purchased before January 1st 2021. Bottles purchased after that date have an inbuilt pouring spout.
