Storage of Olive Oil:

Olive Oil needs to be stored in a dark place at room temperature, if for some reason the temperature drops below 10° Celcius, the oil may solidify. This has no negative effect ion the oil, and does not compromise the quality. The oil will become transparent and fluid again at room temperature. Store the Oil in a sealed container, as contact with the air will cause oxidation, and make the oil rancid.
