Can Solivera produce this natural, nontoxic, biodegradable and highly sanitizing soap in bar and cream form. When in contact with a virus such as SARS-CoV-19, the Castile soap molecules will destroy the outer fatty layer of the virus, rendering it inactive*

This soap got its name from the Castile region in Spain where soap makers from Aleppo, Syria decided to settle after the period of the crusades during the early middle-ages to make hard and white soap the traditional way from olive oil and lye only. Eventually Spain became the largest olive oil producer of the world.
Today Castile soap is made from almost any vegetable oil lye, such as rape seed, coconut and palm oil, mostly for reasons of economy. However Can Solivera opted for top quality extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted from the Arbequina variety, rediscovered last century in the Castile region of Spain, which brought us silver awards at the New York olive oil competition in 2017 and 2019 for best olive oils of the world.
Apart from its sanitizing qualities, Can Solivera Castile soap is proven to be a great moisturizer. It can substantially improve the appearance of your skin! When making the soap, Can Solivera also adds a few drops of the natural essential oils of Rosemary, Pine and Lavender besides a tiny amount of natural citric acid, d-Limonene, linalool and sea-salt
